All Homeowner’s Manual products are delivered digitally and provide instant access immediately after purchase. This includes downloadable files such as PDFs and supporting materials.
No refunds policy
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been accessed or delivered.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving instant digital access and that you waive any right to a refund or cancellation.
Technical issues & duplicate charges
While we do not offer refunds, we will always assist in the following situations:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- You did not receive access due to a verified technical error
